Before checkout

  • Confirm the street, apartment or unit, city, postal code and country.
  • Review the shipping method and charge shown for that address.
  • Make sure the email address can receive order and tracking updates.
  • For a firm date, send the destination, style and required date before ordering.

After you order

Check the order confirmation first. When tracking is issued, use the carrier link for the latest movement. If you entered the wrong address, contact LACEKIN immediately; changes are not guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

If tracking stalls or the parcel is marked delivered

Check the delivery location, household and carrier details first. Then contact LACEKIN with the order number and tracking number so the shipment can be reviewed. Keep screenshots or carrier notices that may help.

International ordersAvailability, charges and any destination-specific taxes or duties depend on the delivery address and checkout. Review the amount shown before paying; contact us if your destination is not accepted.
