Before you cut the lace

  • Check the color, including in natural light.
  • Check the hairline and placement.
  • Check the selected length and density.
  • Check the cap and overall fit.

Cutting the lace or altering the product may make the item ineligible for return or exchange.

HOW IT WORKS

Contact us within 7 days

Use the LACEKIN contact form and include your order number, the reason for the request and clear product photos.

Wait for return instructions

Do not send the item back until LACEKIN confirms the return or exchange instructions, including where an approved return should be sent.

Return the item in original condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Keep the wig unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with uncut lace and original packaging.

Inspection, then refund or exchange

After the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund is sent to the original payment method. Eligible exchanges follow the confirmed exchange instructions.

RETURN SHIPPINGThe customer is responsible for return shipping. A prepaid return label is not promised on this page.
RETURN ADDRESSDo not guess or self-address a return. Use the instructions provided after the request is reviewed.
REFUND TIMINGRefund follows receipt and inspection. No fixed processing-time promise is published here unless LACEKIN confirms one separately.

Exchange notes

An eligible customer may request one exchange. The same condition requirements apply: the product must remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original condition, with the lace uncut and original packaging retained.

Damaged or incorrect item

Keep the wig unaltered and contact LACEKIN promptly with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. Do not cut lace, wash, color or style the item while the issue is being reviewed.

Changes and cancellations

Contact LACEKIN as soon as possible. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after processing has started. If an eligible exchange involves a different price, follow the instructions provided after the request is reviewed.

Important

Customized products are not treated as standard returns. If your order includes customization or you are unsure whether an item qualifies, contact LACEKIN before altering or returning it.
