Detangle
Divide the hair into sections. Hold the section above the area you are combing and work from the ends upward with a wide-tooth comb.

Detangle in sections, wash only when needed, use heat thoughtfully and protect the wig from friction while it is stored.
A SIMPLE ROUTINE
Handle the hair. Support the lace.
Work slowly whenever your hands are close to the hairline, part or knots.
Wash
Use lukewarm water and a gentle shampoo when buildup calls for it. Smooth products downward instead of rubbing or twisting.
Support the cap while wet.Condition
Apply conditioner mainly through the mid-lengths and ends. Avoid packing heavy product into the lace base and knot area.
Rinse in the direction of the hair.Dry
Blot with a towel without wringing. Reshape the part and hairline, then air-dry on a clean wig stand whenever practical.
Do not comb aggressively while soaked.HEAT & STYLING
Use the lowest effective heat.
- Confirm the hair is fully dry before using hot tools.
- Use heat protectant on the hair, not as a heavy coating on the lace.
- Test a small section first and limit repeated passes.
- Keep hot tools away from exposed lace and knots.
STORAGE
Reduce friction between wears.
- Detangle before storing.
- Use a stand or smooth, clean storage surface.
- Keep the hair away from rough fabrics and direct sunlight.
- Do not crush the lace front under other items.
WHEN SOMETHING CHANGES
Small tangles are normal. Persistent problems need a closer look.
Shedding
A small amount of loose hair can appear during detangling. Stop pulling and contact us if shedding is suddenly heavy or concentrated at the lace.
Matting at the nape
Friction and long wear can create tangles. Detangle in sections before they tighten into a mat.
Lace or knot damage
Stop styling if the lace tears or an area sheds abnormally. Keep the unit unaltered and send clear photographs.
